Insights Gained

For our work to be effective, it was important for us to be able to properly highlight who and what the website was going to be used for. Although the website was initially set up focussed towards residents, their actual focus needed to be towards new business and enquiries. Along with updating the back-end system of the website we provided a full website recce with a full list of recommendations on how the focus could be changed with detailed steps on how to move forward.

We also provide an ongoing SEO strategy to encourage their organic search results come from relevant cities across the UK.

Following the high-standard of work provided by This Is Union in such a short space of time working with the Mainstay Group, we were also entrusted to develop a social media strategy which would help to make communications to residents and new business prospects alike clear and effective.

From our initial conversation it was clear to see that Mainstay and This Is Union shared similar values, ambitions and were a match made in heaven. We look forward to our continued work with one of the first, and largest, residential property management companies here in the UK.
